TOSHIBA introduced light and thin optocouplers for IGBT and MOSFET gate drive, high-temperature operation, backside or height-restricted positions: TLP5751H, TLP5752H, TLP5754H

Toshiba Electronic Components and Storage Co., Ltd. ("Toshiba") has launched TLP5751H, TLP5752H and TLP5754H, which are optocoupler products in SO6L package that can isolate the drive gates of small and medium-capacity IGBTs and MOSFETs.
The operating temperature (maximum) of the new product from the existing[1]The 110°C is increased to 125°. Its main characteristic specifies that its operating temperature rating is Ta=-40 to +125°C, making it easier to design and maintain temperature margins.
The package is thin and small, with a maximum height of 2.3 mm, which helps to improve the flexibility of component placement on the system board. In addition, the package can be installed in previous products[2]SDIP6 package used[3]On the type. Therefore, the product can be installed on the back of the board or in a place where the height is limited, replacing the previous product.
