VGT Series Transformers

TDK’s VGT series transformers for IGBT/FET feature a high saturation flux density ferrite core and are AEC-Q200 compliant

TDK’s VGT series transformers were designed for use in intelligent power module (IPM) drive power supplies of inverter motors. Outputs ranging from one to six are available, depending on the part number. VGT series transformers are AEC-Q200 compliant and utilize a high saturation flux density ferrite core.

A variety of case sizes are available, with dimensions as small as 13.9 mm x 15.3 mm and inductances ranging from 2.5 µH to 10 µH. The dielectric strength voltage is 2.6 kV, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +130°C (including self-temperature rise).
