XC6228 adopts ultra-small USPQ-4B04 package, the size is only 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.6mm.

The regulator can provide extremely high PSRR-usually 80dB at 1kHz, and has a low dropout voltage;When the load is 300mA, it is 200mV (VOUT = 3.0V).The power consumption is only 100µA during operation and only 0.1µA during standby.

The CL automatic discharge function ensures that the voltage is quickly grounded when the IC is turned off.
