Global leading optical solution supplier Amy Suri (Six:AMS) Launched Oslon Square Batwing, expanding its rich plant lightingledProduct portfolio. Plants should grow rapidly, and you need to get a certain number of different wavelengths of light. The greenhouse and indoor farm use special luminaires to use red light, blue light and white LEDs according to the light distribution of plant growth. Current LED luminaires typically use Langbert-type lenses without using auxiliary optical device, or use simple coverslips to bring a large amount of light to form a hot spot below the luminaire. This causes the light intensity of each region uneven, resulting in unstable harvest. Currently, it is generally made by additional lighting devices to compensate for those areas. Oslon Square Batwing provided by Amiis Osram can solve this big problem, this optical lighting product shape is particularly, which helps customers simplify design, such as reducing the number of lighting devices or increasing efficiency.

Speaking of plant lighting, growers usually face illumination unevenness and spacing ratio. At present, growers attempt to make up for the area where the lighting is insufficient, or some plants are received more light than other plants. This is not a satisfactory solution because the main goal of growers is to achieve the highest output at the lowest cost. In order to solve this problem, Amy Si Luillaron uses its mature and market-leading plant lighting Oslon Square LEDs in combination with an innovative primary optical device.

This new bat airfoil optics can provide a special light radiation pattern that looks like a pair of wings. The beam angle is 140 °, and the rectangular distribution is rectified so that the light distribution is more uniform, thereby better utilizing the greenhouse space. A wider range of angles also makes the distance between the luminaires farther, thereby reducing the number of lighting devices. Compared to lighting systems using LED and auxiliary bat airfoil optical device, the main bat wing lens solution can increase system efficiency by 5%.

The Oslon Square series now adds 4 new products, which are superhong light (660 nm), deep blue light (450 nm), far red (730 nm) and gardening white light, covering all the wavelengths required for gardening applications. All products are compact, only 3,0 mm x 3,0 mm, which can maintain excellent radiation flux, and exceeding 102,000 superior service life. In addition, these products also provide industry-leading performance values. The ultra-red optical product provides 1042 MW light output at 700 mA, and the electro-optical conversion efficiency (WPE) can reach 74%.
