Parker Chomerics' THERM-A-GAP 974 thermally conductive gap filler pads provide a low hardness (40 Shore 00) solution with 6.0 W/m-K of thermal conductivity. THERM-A-GAP 974 provides excellent thermal conductivity and is supplied on an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for improved application. THERM-A-GAP 97X series gap fillers offer the highest thermal conductivity for low to moderate clamping force applications.
