Toshiba released the first 200V transistor output car optocoupler

Toshiba Electronic Components and Storage Device Co., Ltd. The high-voltage photochariting of TLX9188 provides 200V-collector-emitting electrode rated voltage, more than 2.5 times higher than Toshiba's current TLX9185A, which is the first level of Toshiba to achieve this level [1]. This new type of optocoupler is used as a single-direction switch by specifying the maximum value of the switch characteristic (on time, shutdown time). In addition, it can also be used for analog signal feedback circuits from 100V to 200V to help reduce application circuit costs.
