Negative voltage DC/DC converter

XC9307/08 Negative voltage, inverting DC/DC converter

XC9307 is a negative voltage output DC/DC converter in a small and thin package with a size of only 1.8 x 2.0 x 0.4mm.

The internal switching frequency is 2.5MHz, which allows users to choose a small, flat external coil. The height of the voltage inversion circuit including the external coil and capacitor can be 0.65 mm or less.

Compared with the charge pump type solution, even if the input voltage fluctuates, the switching method of XC9307 can still maintain a stable output voltage. In addition, this new DC/DC converter can support a maximum output current of 300mA (when VIN = 3.3V, VOUT = -3.0V).
