Parker Chomerics' THERM-A-GAP 976 feature 5.0 W/m-K thermal conductivity and excellent performance

Parker Chomerics' THERM-A-GAP 976 thermally conductive gap filler pads provide a low hardness (40 Shore 00) solution with 5.0 W/m-K of thermal conductivity. THERM-A-GAP 976 provides excellent thermal performance and is supplied on an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for improved application as well as a fiberglass reinforcement layer for tear strength and rework capabilities. THERM-A-GAP 97X series gap fillers offer the highest thermal conductivity for low to moderate clamping force applications.
