Toshiba Electronic Component and Storage Device Co., Ltd. ("Toshiba") announced today that the first three products of the new TCR1HF series LDO regulator- "TCR1HF18B", "TCR1HF33B" and "TCR1HF50B" are available, which are 1.8V and 3.3V, respectivelyAnd 5.0V output voltage.This series of stabilizers can provide high -voltage, wide input voltage range and the lowest standby current consumption of the industry.Three devices began to support batch shipments today.
When using a power supply circuit with a LDO regulator, in order to reduce the power consumption of electronic products in the standby mode, the power supply needs to be directly connected to the LDO regulator and reduce the power consumption by turning off the internal circuit.
The new product supports the wide input voltage range of 4V to 36V, so that it can be connected to 4V to 20V power supply for USB-PD [2] and even 24V power.
In addition, they also have the lowest 1 μA (typical value) standby current consumption of the industry's lowest [1], which supports electronic equipment to maintain standby operation with very low power consumption.At the same time, the fast load transient response of -60mv/+50mv (typical values) can ensure that the product can provide a stable output voltage from the standby state to the working state.
The reference design of the new product design "Power Multi -circuit Circuit" has been released.
In the future, Toshiba will continue to expand the TCR1HF series product line to increase products with different functions or output voltage values to meet the needs of different applications.
