Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE stock market code: VSH) announced that the launch of a new series of small 2512 packaging car-grade thick film-type resistance --- CDMA series with a working voltage of 1415 V.Vishay Techno CDMA series resistance can reduce the number of system components, reduce the processing costs of automotive and industrial application, and reduce PCB size, improve accuracy and stability.

The chip resistor divisor released a few days ago integrates two resistors in the monomer packaging, and the climbing distance is 5mm. A device can replace multiple separate resistances used in the application. This space-saving device has been certified by AEC-Q200, which is particularly suitable for electric vehicles (EV) and industrial equipment high-power DC/DC converters and inverters, vehicle chargers and battery management system voltage monitoring and overvoltage protection.

The resistance range of the CDMA series device is 500 kΩ to 50 mΩ, the maximum standard resistance ratio is 600: 1, the tolerance is only ± 0.5 %, and the TCR tracking is as low as ± 10 ppm/° C.The chip separator meets the ROHS standard and has no halogen. It uses a standard three -sided roll bag to configure a nickel partition terminal with weld coating.

The CDMA series of resistance can provide samples and have been mass -produced, and the supply cycle is 14 weeks.
